Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Klickrocket (“the Service”), operated by Klickrocket Labs Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Klickrocket is an AI-powered platform that enables performance marketers to generate, localise, and iterate on ad creatives at scale. Access to the Service is granted by invitation only. Features and availability may change at any time.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or misleading.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform or its AI outputs without written permission.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service to create ads that violate the policies of any advertising platform (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the brand assets and inputs you provide. You own the ad creatives generated using your inputs, subject to any limitations imposed by underlying AI model providers. Klickrocket retains all rights to its platform, technology, and underlying models. We may use anonymised, aggregated data from usage to improve our systems.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Credits reset monthly and unused credits do not roll over. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated creatives will achieve any specific advertising performance or results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving creatives before publishing them on any advertising platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klickrocket Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
